Attached you can find the image with the new entries to the CTIO/SOAR/LSST and Modulux Building (AURA-CAS), due to the perimeter closure performed by GHG by the beginning of Phase II, which will be extended by a year approx.

Adjunto podran encontrar la imagen con las nuevas entradas al Edificio CTIO/SOAR/LSST y Modulux (AURA-CAS), debido al cierre perimetral que realizo GHG por comienzo de Fase II, que se extendera por un ano aprox.

 The Construction Work of the new building of the AURA-LSST-NOAO Base Facility has already begun, the first works will be the perimeter closure and an important movement of material, equipment, and heavy trucks, therefore it’s recommended to take extreme precautions  when transit for the areas, especially care with children playing in the area near the site works, pedestrians, cyclists and pets, the perimeter closure and emergency signage have been arranged to protect and warn of the risks of the excavation areas and jobs in general.

Emergency Meeting Points | Puntos de Encuentro

Due to the beginning of Phase II, and with this the perimeter closure, a reminder is made about the Meeting Points established through the Recinto for everyone's knowledge in case of emergency situations.

The different points are The Warehouse, Gemini Building, NOAO Building old reception area, side of the Modulux, and the point close to the SOAR Building entry.

Perimeter Closure and New Parking Areas at the Beginning of Phase II | Cierre Perimetral y Nuevas Areas de Estacionamiento en el comienzo de Fase II

From Wednesday, November 29th, 2017, and for 15 consecutive days, Construction Company GHG begins the perimeter closure works, which will start Phase II, which involves the construction of the AURA-LSST-NOAO Base Facility Addition.

Interrupted transit, November 28th | Transito Interrumpido, 28 de Noviembre

2017 Nov 27 - 1:30pm

On Tuesday, November 28th 2017, and for several hours, vehicular traffic will be interrupted temporarily in the south sector of the Recinto, result of a minor excavation that will be carried out in the area.

Please take the precautions in transit though the site.

El martes 28 de Noviembre 2017, por varias horas, el tránsito vehicular se verá interrumpido de manera temporal en el sector sur del Recinto producto de una excavación menor que se realizará en el área.
