Sewage Works - Technical Platform | Trabajos en Alcantarillado - Plataforma Tecnica

It is reported that personnel of Mr. Juan Zepeda, will begin works in Technical Platform near Modulux and recreational areas.

These works will consist in the relocation of the sewerage system and will begin on Tuesday, February 27th and will last approximately 10 days, this work involves carrying out a perimeter closure in a sector of the recreational area (Playing area) as indicated in the image delimited with a red line for the development of the works.

Demarcation of the Pedestrian Sidewalk | Demarcacion de la acera Peatonal

In order to ensure safety in the pedestrian traffic of the Recinto, the following control measures have been installed:

1. Demarcation of the pedestrian sidewalk for the use of the people who transit between Modulux and Casa Verde towards Gemini, NOAO buildings, etc.

2. Installation of signage indicating the transit of people through the demarcated pedestrian sidewalk.

The purpose of this demarcation is for people to avoid walking on the side near the perimeter closure so that vehicle traffic doesn’t represent a risk to pedestrians.

GHG Crane Installation | Instalacion Grua de GHG

It’s reported that this Thursday, December 28th and Friday, December 29th, the installation of the Stationary Tower Crane, which has a height of 29 meters and a radius of 55 meters, will be started, therefore, when it is in operation it will cover a large part of the existing building. The assembly will affect the AURA main street with traffic and pedestrian cuts.

New Reception Entry | Ingreso a Nueva Recepcion

- It is informed, people who aren’t part of the organization and therefore don’t know about the new location of the Reception due to changes that it has suffered. To prevent them from involuntarily entering the place where the Reception used to be since that area is in remodeling and construction work and, therefore, closed to the public.
