IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Beginning Friday, February 1 until Sunday, February 3 an excavation will be made on the Recinto’s main circulation route. This excavation is due to the relocation of sewage piping. The old piping is under the new building so it must be relocated to the area shown in the image.

This excavation will impact vehicle traffic in the area. Pedestrian transit will be signalled with cones and signs.

The bus service to Cerro Pachón will not be impacted on Friday morning, but there will be an impact on the return service at 6:15pm, it has been arranged for the bus to enter through Cisternas for that day only.

Office users that utilize the Upper Gate (Raúl Bitran) access will be able to continue to do so, however they will only be able to park in Casa Verde or in the parking spaces located in front of the Machine Shop.

The residents of the Recinto’s upper side will be able to use the Upper Gate access during the entire weekend. Due to the work described, a guard will be at the access 24 hours a day only for the days already indicated (Friday 1, Saturday 2 and Sunday 3).

RECOMMENDATIONS

CERRO PACHON BUS

For the users of the Pachón bus, it is recommended to prioritize parking at house 27, in order for the bus to drop staff members off in the area and to make the corresponding maneuver to continue the service with users that ride the bus to their homes.

OFFICE USERS

Prefer using the Juan Cisternas access and the temporary parking spaces on Alberto Arenas Street (ULS access). In the case for those who enter through the Upper Gate (Raúl Bitran), keep in mind that the parking in Casa Verde and in front of the Machine shop is limited.

UPPER SIDE RESIDENTS

Consider the information detailed here for activities during the weekend regarding schedules and commuting. In case of emergency, when it’s necessary to leave the Recinto, head to the Upper Gate. If visitors, services or emergency assistance needs to enter the Recinto, indicate that the entrance is through the Raúl Bitran access.

PEDESTRIANS

Respect signalled areas and the safety indications for pedestrian transit.

INFORMACION IMPORTANTE

A contar del viernes 1 de febrero y hasta el domingo 3 de Febrero se realizara un corte de la vía principal de circulación del Recinto. Este corte se debe a la reubicación de la canalización de alcantarillado, la antigua canalización ha quedado bajo el nuevo edificio por tanto debe ser reubicada en la ubicación que detalla la gráfica.

Este corte afecta el tránsito vehicular en el área, el tránsito peatonal estará debidamente señalizado con conos y letreros.

En el caso del Bus de traslado a Cerro Pachón este no tendría ningún impacto en el servicio de ida en la mañana del Viernes sin embargo si se verá afectado el servicio de regreso a las 6:15 de la tarde , de esta manera se ha dispuesto su ingreso por Cisternas solo por este día.

Los usuarios de oficinas que usan el acceso del Upper Gate (Raúl Bitran o portón falso) podrán hacer uso de este, sin embargo solo podrán estacionar en los estacionamientos de casa verde o los ubicados frente a machine shop.

Los residentes del Upper side de Recinto podrán usar el acceso del Upper Gate durante todo el fin de semana para este efecto se ha dispuesto un guardia en el lugar las 24 horas, esto se mantendrán solo por los días señalados (viernes 1, sábado 2 y domingo 3) y solo por la contingencia de los trabajos ya descritos.

RECOMENDACIONES   

USUARIOS DE BUS CERRO PACHON

Se recomienda a los usuarios de Bus Pachón dar prioridad al uso de estacionamiento de casa 27, para que el bus pueda eficientemente dejarlos en el área y hacer la maniobra correspondiente para continuar con el recorrido de los trabajadores que continúan los recorridos hasta sus domicilios.

USUARIOS DE OFICINAS

Privilegiar el uso de acceso por Juan Cisternas y de los estacionamientos temporales de Calle Alberto Arenas (acceso ULS). En el caso de aquellos que ingresan por Upper Gate (Raúl Bitran, Portón Falso) evaluar que los estacionamientos en casa verde y frente a machine shop son limitados.

RESIDENTES UPPER SIDE

Considerar la información detallada en el Pte. Informativo de cara a sus actividades de fin de semana en lo referente a horarios y lugares de desplazamiento. En caso de emergencia en las que deba salir del recinto diríjase al Upper Gate. En el caso de que requiera del ingreso de externos al Recinto ya sean visitas, servicios o asistencia de emergencia  en su residencia informe a quien ingresara que el acceso es por calle Raúl Bitran.

PEATONES

Respetar las áreas señalizadas y las indicaciones de seguridad para el tránsito de peatones en el área.
