We suggest a PCW2023 session/activity that aims to raise awareness of neurodiversity. This will help improve accessibility for neurodiverse people, and help the Rubin/LSST community to benefit from their talents. The session could include (for example) talks from members of the Rubin/LSST community about their experiences of neurodiversity, an invited external speaker, and/or panel discussion. We are open to working with colleagues suggesting other DEI / accessibility topics.
