A brief welcome by Operations Director Robert Blum and the directorate will be followed by a few logistics item after which the plenary will dive into providing a construction update.

Construction of the Vera C. Rubin Observatory is steadily approaching completion with operations set to begin in 2025. The integration and testing phase is underway and the LSSTCam should ship next month. We will highlight the construction progress, and ongoing initiatives.

5:00 - 5:30 pm

LSSTCorp is supporting a cohort of students to attend the 2023 Rubin PCW. After a brief introduction by The Discovery Alliance the first batch of students will present their Rubin/LSST-related research projects and PCW attendees will have the opportunity to hear the students briefly pitch their posters.
