Update from Science Pipelines

Over the last year, we've made a number of updates to the Rubin Science Pipelines, which were used to produced data release DP0.2 with simulated LSST data.  We'll review new features added over the last year, current performance on precursor datasets (when changed), and plans for the next year.  This session will highlight algorithmic and validation contributions from members of the Science Pipelines team over the last year.

Agenda:

60 minute tag-team talk from Yusra on Introduction to Pipelines, how we monitor pipeline quality, highlight reel from the last year,  then medium dives of updates to topics from the algorithms workshop from Fred Moolekamp on deblending, Ian Sullivan on Image Differencing, Nima Sedaghat on Real Bogus, and Ari Heinze on Solar Sytem Object Linking.

30 minute informal Q&A with the Science Pipelines team.

Organizer:
Yusra AlSayyad
Suggested Audience:
Any project members or scientists interested in update from Science Pipelines. Because the presentation will highlight what has changed, prereq is familiarity with the science pipelines.
