Following the session from the 2023 PCW “What’s your beef with the hiring process?”, hiring managers and HR and DEI professionals across the project collaborated to create a hiring recipe toolkit. The goal of this resource is to increase the knowledge of inclusive hiring practices for every recruitment panel in Rubin, while complementing local policies. During this session, we will workshop the latest version of this tool and incorporate feedback for updates. We will discuss the workflow for improvements and continue to add to this living toolkit so it can best serve the Rubin community.
