Attending a Session

Due to room capacities, the plenary will be split across 3 meeting rooms, it will be live in Bldg 51 - Kavli Auditorium (capacity 150) and live-streamed to the other two meeting rooms called Redwood and Trinity. Ushers will be on-site to direct you and keep track of capacity, apologies if you do not get into the meeting room of your choice. We have a google sheet that will show available capacity so you can decide which meeting room to go to. This sheet will also be kept up to date during the parallel sessions so that you can see whether or not you need to find a quiet space to zoom in from (because the room for your parallel session is full).
