This talk proposes to explore the multifaceted relationship between Safety practices and DEI initiatives. By examining how integrating DEI principles into Safety programs can yield tangible benefits for workplace safety, employee well-being, and organizational performance, we aim to shed light on innovative approaches to fostering a more inclusive and equitable work environment.
