Site Access - SLAC Guest House

As you approach SLAC, please have your photo ID ready to present to SLAC Security at the Main Gate to gain access. The Uber driver should drop you off at the Guest house and not at the first SLAC building they see. Once you are checked into the hotel your room key can be shown to re-enter SLAC.

SLAC Guest House list of guests is updated daily every 4 hours and will be available at the Security checkpoint at the Main Gate. If you booked a room for yourself and guests, the name on the list will be yours, and the list will indicate “your name + guests”. If you and your guests are planning to arrive at SLAC at different times, please make sure to contact the SLAC Guest House in advance to request that your guests’ names be included in the list on the Security check point at the Main Gate.
