Group photo: A group photo will be taken on Tuesday at 17:30 at the SLAC fountain.

Poster Sessions: The afternoon breaks are the designated interactive "poster sessions". Poster presenters are invited to stand by their posters and discuss their results with workshop attendees. 

Tuesday Reception from 6pm: A reception will be held at the SLAC Cafe on Tuesday evening. Heavy appetizers and a variety of drinks will be provided. This is not considered a meal, hence for those on travel, dinner per diem can still be claimed. If you wish to bring guests, you can do so for a fee of $50 each, payable as a separate transaction when you check out for the $230 registration fee. Tickets will be in your badge for each paid guest. Menu items can be found here when available.
