A Celebration of Rubin Commissioning

This year during the Project Plenary we celebrate the Commissioning team, the ComCam campaign, the installation of LSSTCam, and the many contributions from Rubin staff and in-kind commissioning team members as the Construction era draws to a close and the summit transitions to regular nightly Operations.
