Once you have registered for the event, a hotel reservation link will be available on your confirmation. Please use that link for the reservation- do not book directly with the hotel or another hotel booking avenue (ie. booking.com, hotels.com, expedia.com, etc.) A limited number of rooms are available within the block booking at our negotiated rate of $123 +tax/night (US $141). This rate is available for the days of July 26 - August 2nd . The deadline for booking a hotel room is July 04, 2025. All attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations.

Hotel Room Cancelation Information:
Guestroom reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund.
To cancel your reservation, you can either:
- Call the Marriott reservation team at 520-792-4100.
- If you have the Marriott app or a Marriott membership, simply login to the Marriott website or app to cancel your reservation.
