All are welcome to attend this meeting of the Rubin Users Committee (UC). The UC advocates on behalf of the science community regarding the Rubin data products, services, and tools. This breakout will start with a "listening session" for users to comment on their experiences and raise issues for discussion.

• Listening session: all attendees are encouraged to share their experiences as Rubin users.
• Open discussion: the UC will discuss other challenges faced by Rubin users
