Alerts, Brokers, and Follow-Up Systems

This session will have talks and discussion about LSST alerts, brokers, Target Observation Managers (TOMs), follow-up observatories, and related in-kind contributions. All are welcome to come and learn about preparations for the start of science with the LSST alert stream.
