Group photo: A group photo will be taken on Tuesday before the Reception; please gather in the hotel lobby.

Poster Sessions: The afternoon breaks are the designated interactive "poster sessions". Poster presenters are invited to stand by their posters and discuss their results with workshop attendees. 

Tuesday Reception from 6pm: An evening reception with finger food and non-alcoholic drinks will be held from 6pm to 9pm. This is not considered a meal; hence, for those on travel, dinner per diem can still be claimed. If you wish to bring guests, you can do so for a fee of $30 each, payable as a separate transaction when you check out for the $225 registration fee. If so, you will have extra tickets in your badge for your paid guest. Cash bar if you wish to purchase drinks.
