Collaboration for complementary external datasets

This session will start with an overview of the telescope facilities and datasets accessible to the Rubin community via the in-kind program, and the timeline and details for the associated proposal process. Then attendees will discuss more broadly their hopes and plans for short-term and long-term proposals for external data sets to complement Rubin (from in-kind contributions or elsewhere). This session is intended to allow the Science Collaborations to identify potential synergies and opportunities to collaborate.
