Bob posted the new LSST Data Policy to community.lsst.org; it refers to international data rights in several places, and so I am re-posting here for easy reference. Read the full post on community.lsst.org

LSST Operations is announcing the release of a public draft of the LSST Data Policy. It describes:

  • access to the data

  • ability to use the data

  • collaborating with others using the data

  • publishing science results that use LSST data
