We are looking forward to welcome you all in Belgrade. Please find below some final useful information. ***CONFERENCE VENUE*** The conference venue is: Hotel "Zira" (http://www.zirahotels.com/, Address: Ruzveltova 35, Belgrade), MIKONOS hall on the 2nd floor (the hotel stuff will be happy to direct you). Lunches are provided for all registered participants in the hotel restaurant. Please let us know during the registration or in the mornings if you are planning not to have lunch, so we could inform the hotel. ***WiFi*** Free WiFi is available in the whole hotel (no login or password needed). ***REGISTRATION*** Registration desk will be opened on Monday June 20, from 8:30 in front of the conference hall. There is a page with instructions at http://project.lsst.org/meetings/lsst-europe-2016/node/40 ****GUIDELINES FOR ORAL TALKS*** Participants with oral talk are kindly asked to note the time allocated for they talks and to fit in the given time. The session Chairs will strictly follow the time-table. There is a local computer provided in the conference hall, thus for saving time and avoiding technical issues, we ask the participants with oral talk to upload the presentation during the break before the session. If you must use your personal laptop computer please contact the organizers during breaks to test the connection. ***POSTERS*** The list of posters is available at https://project.lsst.org/meetings/lsst-europe-2016/node/37 Please note that the Poster presentations are on the first day, so make sure to display your poster in the morning during registration or first coffee break. The posters will be displayed on the walls in the conference hall, please look for the number of your poster (tapes and help will be provided). We recommend to present posters as a short talk during Poster session on Monday June 20 at 16:30. You can have up to max 3min + 2 questions, i.e. up to 3 slides. Please upload your presentations in advance. ***SOCIAL EVENTS*** Conference photo will be taken in the hotel on Monday, June 20 at 17:30. I) Welcome Cocktail will take place on Monday, June 20 at 18:00 in the area of the hotel terrace (if weather permits) or in front of the conference hall. You can also use public transportation from/to the airport: Minibus line A1 (300 RSD = 2.5E) and bus line 72 (150 RSD = 1.25E, 90min time-limited ticket). Bus card is valid for unlimited rides on all lines within the zones 1 and 2, in the period of 5x24 hours from the Monday June 20 9am, except night services 00-04. They must be read when entering the bus and at each stopover, in order to be valid during the control. Upon entering the bus and at each stopover, tap your card on electronic reader. Validator produces an audible signal and the corresponding message on the screen, informing passengers about the successful (green color)or unsuccessful reading (red color) . Taxi within city is affordable. Start is 170 RSD and rate is 65 RSD/km during the day and 85 RSD during the night.
